Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a 1 lead breakfast line cook with extensive wheel position experience and some kitchen management.Must be well versed in a fast paced line while calling out tickets.1 Lead night line positions. We need one strong night lead with some kitchen management experience.We are a very busy Family owned full service restaurant.We are looking for team players that want to be a part of a growing and expanding business.Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. We are looking for Leads that can communicate clearly and with out the temper and drama.Pay is DOE $17 to $18 hr. To start.If this is you then please apply.
