Furniture Handler Part Time 7:00AM-4:00PM, Monday through Wednesday $17.41 an HourAssist furniture manager with all aspects of furniture, equipment and appliance management for unaccompanied personnel quarters (dormitories) and the Wing Commander’s quarters on Fairchild AFB.Storage, transport, repair, installation and/or removal of furnitureWarehouse storage managementAccountability of assetsAssemble/disassemble furniture itemsCleaning/repair of furnishings, equipment, and appliancesEnsure proper accountability of government furnishings through adequatetracking of furniture transactions both incoming and outgoing.Minor repairs surface defects of finished wood and metal furniture, using the following methods of the shopMinimum Required Skills/Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalencyAble to lift 50 poundsValid Enhanced Driver’s LicenseWarehouse, manufacturing or production experience highly preferredMust be able to pass a thorough criminal background, credit and drug screenBe able to read, write and understand English
