This is a Full-time position in Lakewood, WA posted May 27, 2021.
Registration Staff:
Registration staff are the frontline and first encounter for patients entering the vaccination site.
Registration staff will collect the patient’s info and enter said info into our Healthpoint EMR, they will also ask the required questions for health screening.
The staffer will print out the patients requestion form handing it to them while sending them to an available vaccinator.
No medical background needed
Some level of computer competency needed
Appointment Schedulers:
Schedulers will be posting and accepting vaccine appointments via our online system called ZocDoc.
Schedulers are tasked with creating an even interval of appointments and working with the supervisor of the site.
They are also tasked with accepting the appointments as to confirm with the local state/county rules or supplies on hand.
No medical background needed
Data Entry / Clerical / General
This staff can be an all-purpose versatile group.
They should be able to sit in most positions for when other staff need to take a break or for when the site has a in rush of patients.
This staff could also assist in data entry into other systems.
Computer competency needed
Willingness to float to other areas
