This is a Contract position in Wauna, WA posted April 22, 2021.
Assignment starts in approximately 2 weeks or when patient is discharged from hospital. Initial assignment will be 24hr live-in for 2 months, then hours will taper off to 8hrs daily. This is a long term assignment for a patient who suffered a stroke and will need help with rehabilitation at home, assisting the care team of physical, occupational and speech therapists.
