The director and manager work together.
Manager is more hands-on and out in the field.
Supervision of nurses, social workers, and enrollment staff (administrative in office).
Provide Leadership, Decision Making & Problem Solving to ensure continuity of the referal / admissions process Supervise & Coach the care services nursing and psychosocial staff Facilitate communication with internal & external customers Collaborate effectively with the Director Qualifications FL RN license BSN
– MSN preferred 3
