Ajilon is searching for a full-time HR Generalist for a company in the Greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Create and execute employee development programs.

Partner with recruiter team to manage local recruitment efforts.

Support recruitment activities including sourcing, conducting interviews, onboarding, and creating offer letters.

Lead new employee orientation, aid in the planning of onboarding and training, and maintain employee personnel files.

Assist with terminations and exit interviews.

Enter employee data and updated information into company systems.  Assist employees regarding benefit claims and plan changes while maintaining confidentiality.

Maintain knowledge of federal and WA state employment law and compliance requirements.

Experience and Education
3+ years of Human Resources experience required Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field preferred
Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems Effective written and verbal communication Ability to build and manage working relationships Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Work Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday
– Friday 40 hours per week
