Description: What you’ll be doingAnother Source’s client is recruiting an IT Administrator to join their team in Kent, Washington.What we need:We need an IT-focused teammate that can brainstorm with senior leadership on how technologycanplay a part in achieving company goals, and then take that information and put a project plan andbudget together.

You want a private office to close the door andhavehead down time, and you might also like the opportunity to work remotely part of the week.In a nutshell:Act as liaison between the technical and business sides of the company by understanding business goals, identifying needs, presenting plans for bringing new technology solutions forward, and implementation andmaintenanceWe’dlike you to handle:Consistently assess the IT needs of the organization by identifying opportunities and issues, determining requirements, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals,proceduresand best practicesMaintain IT operations in a primarily Windows environment with some iOS devices, including operating systems, servers, printers, email systems, smartphones, laptops, desktops, tablets, software, andhardwarePartner with vendors and resolve complexissuesKeep us secure and reduce risk.

Maintain asset quality by implementing controls, information security and procedures for back-up and disasterrecoveryKeep us updated with emerging trends in video, communication, and web-based technologies; * Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technicalissuesEnsure IT is a trusted resource for all teams; helping employees on both software andhardwarePrepare cost benefits analysis reports when recommending solutionsYou must bring with you:Bachelor’s Degreehighly preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in ITExperience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Virtual MachinesYou are comfortable with Microsoft Access, SQL, .NETAbility to administer Teams/Sharepointsites and end user accounts as well as manage database of Office 365licensesYou can build crystal reports, and you dabble withAPI’sto connect programs.Experience with Unifi network configuration and managementUnderstanding of core internet and network technologiesSalary:$75,000/yearAdditional Benefits:-401K and HSA matching-Medical, Dental and Vision coverage-PTO (Paid Time Off)-Education AssistanceWe are an equal employment opportunity employer and complies with the Washington State Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, which, in part, prohibits discrimination in compensation between “similarly employed” team members.
