Part-Time POOPER SCOOPER ?So you think you want to be a Professional Pooper Scooper?This is not a job for everyone, but if you are not squeamish, love working with dogs, enjoy being outdoors and are an independent worker, this job might be for you.We cleanup, and remove dog waste?

from over 230 residential yards and apartment communities across Clark County each week.We are a family owned company, managed with integrity, that has a good time serving others and learning humility while earning an income.You would be based from home with a company vehicle and rarely have to go see the “boss”.

We do have a brief weekly meeting.The Tail’s End ?is looking for dependable, part-time Waste Removal Specialist (Pooper Scoopers) who have the availability Monday through Friday; rarely Saturday
– NEVER Sunday.

In addition to most Saturdays off and every Sunday off, we have the following holidays off, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.We currently have routes that need to be filled, 4-6 hrs per day, removing dog waste from people’s yards.We won’t babysit you but do expect you to be honest, responsible, fast, intelligent, reliable, friendly, dependable, not afraid of large dogs or barking dogs, clean and very hard working.If you have a habit of not showing up for work or frequently call in “sick” you won’t last long here.We pay $13.69 an hour plus performance bonus ?for a job well done.

Once trained we pay based on the number of stops you make which works out to more than 15.00/hr.

With the performance bonus you should be making closer to $20+ an hour.The ideal candidate for this position is anyone looking to work hard and make money.

Minimum lifting is 35 lbs occasionally and 5-10lbs frequently up to 30 times a day.

This is physically demanding work
– easy work but you MUST be physically fit.

We work all year round in rain, wind, heat, cold.

This is an all-year round job so if you have an aversion to working in the rain or heat please do not applyPros
– Get to work outside and enjoy an occasional interaction with customer dogs.

Feel free to listen to music or audio books while you work.

If you are a fast worker and finish early you go home.

Good pay for an easy job.

If you have an aversion to people
– this is a minimal contact job BUT you must be confidant around animals.Cons
– We work in all weather, rain, sun, wind, cold, etc.

It is dog poop
– not a glamorous job.

Can become repetitive.

Our job requirements are as follows:
– MUST be 18+
– a valid driver’s license (no drug or alcohol related driving citations)
– No moving violations or accidents within the last 3 years.
– A reliable vehicle you can use for work.
– Smartphone with data and GPS abilities
– good vision, with or without glasses-Able to traverse uneven ground including up and down hills, over rocks, grass, mud and dirt.
– be able to read and write English
– follow directions by map and printed directions
– USE GPS and know how to work around a wrong location
– be able to walk a lot
– this is a physically demanding job.

It is not hard work but requires stamina and good shape physically.

-love dogs ( You can NOT have a fear of dogs.

You will encounter large and barking dogs
– they can sense fear.)-enjoy working outdoors, even in winter months and poor weather conditions.You must be able and willing to follow directions.
