This is the 18th time we have made the list!As a member of the Telecare family, Telecareoperates theKing County Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) Facility as a licensed 16-bed facility providing 24/7 intensive inpatient psychiatric treatment for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Individuals age 18 years or older who meet medical necessity criteria will be admitted on a voluntary or involuntary basis.Employment Status: On-CallShift: Varies as neededDays: Varies as neededPOSITION SUMMARYThe LPN provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.

Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Graduation from an accredited LPN program and current LPN licensure in state of operationCurrent CPR/BLS certificateMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employmentAll opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.

If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
