We are seeking aLoan Advisor/ Processor for the MH Lending – West Division. Chartered in 1935, Credit Human is a $3.2 billion credit union serving 250,000 members in 43 states across the U.S. We are seeking a Loan Advisor for the Manufactured Housing Indirect Lending – Western Region Sales and Marketing department. This role is a critical link between our customers, referring partners and Credit Human. The West Region of Credit Humans Manufactured Housing Division is looking for an individual that excels in creating excellent customer experiences with the end goal of providing a positive home loan experience. In addition to building strong relationships, you will work closely with our customers to match them with the best available loan program. This role is part of our sales and marketing team, and works in a collaborative environment to improve and create products, programs and processes. The Loan Advisor/Processor role is an individual contributor position in the sales and marketing department that works collaboratively with the underwriting, loan processing and funding departments. Highlights: Successfully work with customers to facilitate a positive loan experience for the potential member and our referring business partners. Work to reduce unnecessary delays in the application to funding cycle. Effectively communicate the features, benefits and potential risks of loan programs the customer qualifies for. Independently manage a pipeline of quality loans meeting national and state compliance requirements. Manage their pipeline to ensure production and relational goals are achieved. Work closely with referring partners throughout the 10 western states our regional office serves and enjoys both sales and marketing support. Manage, maintain and deepen the extensive contact with both customers as well as referral partners. Monitor product effectiveness through developing effective channels of communication which delivers feedback trends to the Region Sales and Marketing Manager. Experience: Required 1 year of experience as a loan officer and/or processor in the financial services field Preferred 3 years of experience in sales, financial services and/or indirect lending Working knowledge of Salesforce software Manufactured housing finance experience Education: Required High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher Licenses & Certifications: Required Requires eligibility to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry. Possess a valid drivers license (in the state of position) and a good driving record. Preferred NMLS registered.
