You will work closely with the families/guardians, physicians, and a close-knit team of fellow professionals. Our patients are very high acuity and without nurses like you, they would be in a less comfortable and caring environment. Instead, your expertise allows them to live a more successful life. Their sweet personalities shine through with the individualized care and attention. Each patient has their own room surrounded by light from wide French doors. Our 3:1 ratio allows you to provide the personalized critical care they need. You are able to develop a deep connection as you use your accumulated knowledge and build new skills. You will learn what each client needs and how you can bond with them and be a crucial part of their specific care team.Your duties may include: Mechanical Vent Monitoring and TroubleshootingTracheostomy CareComplex Respiratory SupportNursing interventions for seizure disordersMedication administrationIV therapy As a leader in community health, Alliance Nursing has been in western Washington since 1989.
