Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is recruiting Lumber Mill Workers for a busy mill in Everson, WA.
This company offers a medical plan that is 100% paid for by the company, After working 1000 hours the company pays $0.80 per hour towards 401(k), Paid Vacation, Attendance bonuses, Paid Holidays, and supplies gloves and aprons.
Lumber Mill
Location: Everson, WA
Pay: Earn $16.58 per hour/$663.20 weekly to start. The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Overtime as needed
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
-General labor/cross-training to other departments for advancement opportunities
-Working outdoors
-Pulling lumber as it comes down the line
-Sorting lumber by size
-Working on the Green Chain line
-Yard clean-up such as weed-eating, paper wrapping, etc.
-Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
-Training on the Planer line to include setup, maintenance, and repair of all related equipment
-Assist in other departments as needed and fill in when asked
