This is a Full-time position in Neah Bay, WA posted February 16, 2021.
A full time technical position and often independent, specializing in GeographicInformation Systems (GIS); collects, maintains, upgrades, and manipulates datain an evolving GIS integral to the Tribe’s resource management including realty,land use, natural resources, wildlife, hydrology, municipal, planning, and relatedfields; assists with networkadministration and system security; conducts raster, vector, and tabularanalysis.
Coordinates land survey contracts and land use reviews ofprojects.
Creates maps, graphs, and queries using GIS software, techniques, and relatedequipment.
Gather, analyze, and integrate spatial data and determine practical solutions and display.
Edits and creates various map layers, features and files.
Operates UAV and GPS devices for data collection and mapping.
Pay up to $56,200/yr DOQ with 401k, full medical, paid sick/vac.
