No wonder, some people call us the Apple of the real estate industry for the trust clients have in us and for the premium our team commands.Compensation:$240,000Responsibilities:* Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales* Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers* Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team* Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards * Work with our leadership to expand our branches in WA and across the country.

Qualifications:* Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerag* The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents* Applicants need a managing broker’s license* Excellent customer service and communication skills* At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company * Quick learner with a hyper-growth mindset.
