What You Will Be Doing

• Review and evaluate all received financial documents prior to underwriting submission.
• Work with mortgage originators to move the application smoothly through the approval process to closing.
• Collect and consolidate all documents from the client. This includes income, assets, liabilities, and subject property information.

What You Need for this Position

• Loan Processing Experience, a minimum of 3-5 years.
• Mortgage – REQUIRED
• Conventional – Desired
• Wholesale – Desired
