Naval Engineering and Innovation Business Lead

Job Number: R0093916 Naval Engineering and Innovation Business Lead Key Role: Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of the Navy or joint missions, processes, and culture. Work on complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Develop a deep understanding of emerging customer requirements, Booz Allen methods and solutions that can serve these customers. Employ data-driven and stakeholder-driven analysis to lead and contribute to the development of an integrated and cross-functional marketing strategy, communications and pipeline of opportunities, with a particular emphasis on growth in Engineering, Rapid Prototyping, Information Warfare, sensitive operations, Cyber, software and systems development, analytics, and consulting. Collaborate with extended teams and business developers to establish integrated marketing campaigns to grow market share, build the brand, and achieve business objectives and assist in leading the team to position for and capture opportunities and lead subsequent resulting tasks. Serve as a client delivery subject matter expert in Naval Operations, including Naval research and development (R&D) and Naval science and technology (S&T) disciplines that pertain to the Navy’s business lines and contract vehicles. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in military operational analysis, program management, engineering, or intelligence analysis Experience as a Naval officer or senior civilian with one or more of the following organizations: NAVSEA and NAVSEA Warfare Centers, Numbered Fleets, TYCOMs, SPAWAR, ONR, NRL, FLTCYBERCOM, OPNAV, COCOMs Knowledge of NUWC Keyport lines of business and operations Ability to plan and deliver communications effectively Secret clearance BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in military operational or intelligence training Top Secret clearance preferred BA or BS degree in naval engineering or related technical field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
