Office Administrator

If you have clerical experience or experience as a Receptionist or Office Administrator in property management, we have a fantastic opportunity for you as an Office Administrator for an established real estate development and property management firm.

This is a Full-time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a smaller firm that really values it’s employees.

This employer assists clients withreal estate brokerage, investment planning, and provides property management services.

In this Office Administratorrole, you will be workingdirectly in a customer service capacity with clients and customers; as well as providing clerical assistance to the sales and finance teams.

Office Administrator job duties include:

Scheduling/calendar management Reception duties
– walk-in customer service; receiving and distributing mail; fielding phone calls and emails Client/customer communication and relations

The perfect fit for this role has:

2+ years of experience in a receptionist or office administrator role Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Admin experience in the real estate or property management industry highly preferred AppFolio Property Management software experience a plus!

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: Tacoma, WA
– free parking and accessible by public transportation

Pay:$19-20/hour
