Hearing Health Services is a locally owned and operated hearing healthcare clinic proudly serving all of Whidbey Island for the past 13 years!We are ready to add a FT team member into the practice filling the role of front office administrator, with a goal to move into office manager. Your role will be responsible for coordinating our schedules, the patient flow and act as the ‘face’ of our business, ensuring patients receive a sincere, heartwarming experience with efficient and prompt service. Our ideal candidate will combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic, professional approach to achieve clinic goals while conducing themselves effortlessly in our fast-paced, demanding atmosphere. General duties include basic office admin: phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient referrals and medical documents, insurance verification and recall. We admire self-starters, those with ambition, who do not shy away from responsibility or accountability, and who take pride in their work. Above all, we like to have fun and pride ourselves on keeping an energetic and infections environment. Having a genuine personality and sense of humor is crucial to adapting to the monotonous stresses of a position in healthcare. We take our patient care very seriously. We will only consider a teammate who has a proven work ethic and sincere dedication to their role in customer service. We are not looking for any entry level submissions at this time, however.
