Competitive Pay!Era Living is seeking on-call Case Management Assistants to become the newest members of our Resident and Family Supportive Programs team in Seattle, WA.

for scheduled work performed (some travel time may be included)$27/hr.

for unscheduled, emergency response work performed (travel time included)$2/hour bonus pay for time scheduled on call but not workedMileage reimbursement at current federal rate (miles that are reimbursed varies between scheduled and unscheduled)Primary Responsibilities:Under supervision of Social Workers/Counselors, the Case Management Assistant will provide in-person advocacy and emotional support to older adult residents at any of our eight Era Living senior living communities.

This could include accompanying residents to scheduled medical and non-medical appointments, providing emotional support visits and emergency response support.

The Case Management Assistant is responsible for note taking at medical appointments and documentation of time spent with resident, as well as communicating updates to program staff and family members.
