We are seeking a Parts Analyst for our growing team!

This position is responsible for generating Recommended Spare Parts Listings for maintaining the equipment provided by Honeywell Intelligrated to our customer base in support of Parts Sales and Operations.

The Parts Analyst will work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Sourcing to establish spare parts recommendations and their criticality as well as assuring Oracle item attributes correspond with these determinations.

The Parts Analyst will also be responsible for establishing on-line Parts by Equipment data that corresponds to the Recommended Spare Parts Listings.

The Parts Analyst will also work closely with Project Management, Parts Operations, Supply Chain Team, and Vendors to accomplish the necessary tasks while exercising independent judgment.

• Utilizes established programs to generate and issue project recommended Spare Parts Listings and on-line Parts by Equipment data • Coordinates with Project Management, Part Sales and Operations for the timely delivery of Spare Parts Listings and associated execution of sold spare parts kits • Updates historical recommended Spare Parts Listings and on-line equipment data when required • Analyzes Oracle bill-of-materials for determining spare parts and what should be recommended to customers for maintaining equipment supplied by Honeywell Intelligrated • Determines quantity recommendations of individual spare parts that a customer should maintain based upon total usage reports of those parts on projects • Provided necessary data and input for recommended Spare Parts data analysis requests • Analyzes equipment level drawings and historical data for determining critical nature of spare parts being recommended to customers for project spare parts kits • Works with Engineering to establish necessary item attributes for spare parts recommendations including Oracle Item Master synchronization requirements • Implements recommended process changes and leads team on special project assignments • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Job Requirements:YOU MUST HAVEHigh school diploma and some technical work experienceExperience reading blueprints and schematicsMicrosoft Office experienceExperience working in an ERP system, preferably Oracle or SAPExcellent team and communication skillsAn ability to take initiative and work with limited directionAn ability to influence across a broader organizationWE VALUEEngineering degree, either Associates or BachelorsInternal and external customer relationship managementAttention to detailExperience working with BOMs#CB#INDSDL2017
