Pest control specialist

Join our team. Do you enjoy working outdoors? Do you enjoy customers interactions and helping clients solve their issues (pest that is!) You will have fun talking with other technicians who will give you advice and any help with questions you have along the way towards your success. After you will be getting your service route and routine setup for the day and start servicing homes. Once you complete training you will receive your own vehicle ( yes that you can take home) with all gas expense paid. No experience necessary!! We will provide you paid training. Learn and grow your skills with us.

What you need to succeed:

• – Provide exceptional customer service.
• -Have a valid drivers license and pass a MVR
• -Highly motivated have a routine schedule and able to work independently.
• -Understand insect and rodent anatomy (All the resources you need provided)

What to Expect on the job. 

• -Having excellent communication skills and friendly outlook towards clients and colleagues.
• -Follow a daily schedule, arriving on time for each account.
• -Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• -Show high integrity and are willing to help what is needed to get the pest issues resolved.
• -Be willing to go in some tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces.

Qualifications

• -High school diploma or GED
• -Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
• -Highly motivated and able to work independently
• -Must have a current and valid driver?s license and pass an MVR check
• -Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
• -Pass 3 state test multiple choice exams.
