Every day we get to protect human health, property, and best of all improve the quality of life for our clients.In order to successfully do this work you will need to be physically capable of crawling around under a house, climbing a ladder, carrying a 50 pound backpack sprayer on your back, communicating effectively and professionally, as well as driving a company provided vehicle for 8 to 10 hours a day. You must be comfortable dealing with tight spaces and occasionally heights, as well as rats, mice, ants, wasps, yellowjackets, spiders, termites, and bedbugs. You must be self-motivated in order to succeed with this career. If you have these characteristics then please read on!We work independently but we always have the support of our office and fellow technicians to lean on, plus weekly and monthly meetings to allow for continuous learning and to develop camaraderie. Our team will make sure you have all the necessary tools, training, and know-how in order to provide outstanding customer service. We do not require any pest control experience, in fact we prefer to train from the ground up. Once hired and trained you will receive a company issued vehicle and cell phone, plus any other items needed for daily work to take place.Safety is of course a core value here. We provide training on proper use of PPE, control materials, ladders, equipment calibration, maintenance, driving safety, and more. You will also receive a full face respirator, knee pads, coveralls, gloves, and all other necessary safety equipment. There are absolutely no tools or equipment which are not provided by the company.This will begin as an hourly position with a raises built-in as you progress with your industry knowledge and abilities. There will also be plenty of sales commission opportunities.
