The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.Schedule: Varies. To be determined.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Implement project improvements-Provide engineering oversight to the facility infrastructure, including boilers, HVAC, compressed air, power transmission, etc.)-Plan, direct, and coordinates activities concerned with the design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery-Interfaces with governmental and corporate auditors regarding Environmental programs/areas, including hazardous materials/waste management, environmental noise, and lighting management, etc.-Troubleshoot equipment operating issues and recommend resolutions-Define and resolve process problems and provide continuous improvement activities and structured problem-solving methods-Making observations and taking measurements directly-Collecting and interpreting data from technical and operating staff-Working closely with staff who oversee quality control of raw materials, finished products, plant maintenance, product specifications, and production schedules-Identify root causes and recommending appropriate corrective actions-other duties as assignedHow to be successful: -Have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering-A minimum of 3 years or more of hands-on manufacturing experience, or equivalent-Multi-task and prioritize workload-Communicate effectively-Prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately-Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities-Knowledge of AutoCAD-Excellent attendance-Flexible to work overtime as neededBenefits, Perks, and more: -Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits-PTO-401(k)-Attendance and Mileage bonusesApply today.
