Procurement Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a Full-time position in Everett, WA posted May 21, 2021.

We are looking for a Procurement Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Everett, WA.

+ Responsible for managing and reporting global procurement data, documenting/communicating standard work and project management activities to optimize reporting solutions, streamline routine activities and expand the breath of analytical capabilities towards strategic long-term supply chain objectives.+ Utilize various supply chain reporting tools involving but not limited to SAP, Incorta, Excel and PowerBI to validate data.

Maintain existing and create new reports+ Streamline reporting (purchase pricing variances, non-recoverable engineering expenses, external manufacturing, Days Payable Outstanding, Preferred Supplier Spend, Purchase Order compliance, direct materials, etc) through self-service solutions+ Support sustaining and non-sustaining efforts to manage projects and implement standard work to drive compliance to processes and meet department objectives+ As an administrator for select tools, provide support, training and communication on procurement processes to end-users+ Analyze various procurement and non-procurement operational processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities+ Other related duties as required+ Ability to initiate self-directed actions+ Education – Degree (Bachelors or Associate) in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics+ Experience – 2 years minimum in a supply chain, quantitative analysis, report and data analysis.

Experience with SQL, MS PowerBI or Incorta to extract and/or develop reports/dashboards.

Experience in documenting data flows and business processes+ Functional Training
– Demonstration of continuing education in project management, operations/supply chain.

Experience with or understanding of lean concepts or an Agile environment is preferred.+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

+ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

+ Ability to effectively present information, influence, persuade, and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, peers, and suppliers.
