Production and Packaging Laborers

A well-established company in Lynden is searching for long-term associates to add to their team full-time Production Laborer. An ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, working in a fast-paced work environment. Production and Packaging Laborers Needed Location: Lynden, WA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Pay: $15.00 per hour to start. The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Prepare production line -Packaging products -Cleaning line/equipment -Perform maintenance checks -Document production (logs, reports, forms) -Lifting up to 50 pounds -Ability to work in a refrigerated environment -Quality control -Other duties as assigned How to be successful: -High school diploma or equivalent -Have a minimum of 6 months or more working in a manufacturing setting or equivalent – Experience with quality control and performance goals -Experience working in a fast-paced working environment -Ability to stand for the entire shift -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly -Ability to work in a cold environment -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure completion with minimal errors -Basic math skills; able to add, subtract, and divide -Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, looking consistently for potential food safety or quality deviations Benefits, Perks, and more: -Medical, Dental, Vision -Life and Disability Insurance -Paid Vacation -Paid Holidays -401(k) Plan -On site fitness center Interested?
