Project Admin – Remote

This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted March 21, 2021.

VOLT’s client is looking for a Remote Project Coordinator/Scheduler This is an estimated 6+ month Contingent/Temporary position in Spokane, WA offered through Volt Technical Resources located in Spokane, WA.

The role is extremely customer service and detail focused and requires outstanding communications skills as the person in this role will be calling and coordinating internal employees at various levels (Entry level to C-Level) to assist with the coordination of maturing and standardizing processes for a Vendor Risk Project This role will involve a lot of planning, coordination and communication with stakeholders and the project team.

Top skills needed for success include: Develop and manage detailed project schedules.

Review and coordinate schedule within different departments and end users to ensure minimal impact to their daily activities.

Prepare, communicate, and expedite, project-critical items based on project critical activities.

Identify and develop the necessary work-around plans, by analyzing deviations and re-planning as necessary, to resolve critical project issues in conjunction with functional departments to mitigate adverse effects on contract schedule and financial performance.

Ensure project meets committed schedule by providing and communicating timely and accurate analysis and forecasting of project schedules.

Assist in the management of project activities.
