Assist with the planning, coordinating and directing the quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Develop and modify company quality systems and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties include but not limited to:* Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) Assist with maintaining records for Q.C. Logs and conduct or assist with Morning QC/Push List* Work directly with warehouse Supervisors and Team Members on Rotation issues.* Work directly with receiving (Fresh/Frozen/Deli) on Quality audits of inbound product.* Conduct or assist with follow up on QC Complaint Forms from Sales or Purchasing.* Conduct or assist with processing specification audits (customer and in-house product specifications)* Back up for QC Manager during absence.* Conducting, or assisting with, icing of product.* HACCP and SSOP Monitoring and Verification (where needed)* Prepare and submit reports as required* Conduct line level problem analysis* Perform other duties, as assigned
