Quality Control Inspector

This is a Full-time position in Woodland, WA posted March 2, 2021.

nn Position Overview
– Day and Night Shift Positions Available nn nnTests and inspects products at various stages of inspection process.

Compiles and evaluates inspection data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.

This is an entry level quality control inspector position requiring one year related experience and/or training or a combination of both.

nn nn n nn nn Essential Functions: nn Interpret engineering blue prints, source control drawings, and OEM part verification.

Select articles for inspection at specified stages in the production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.

Use precision inspection tools to inspect part features.

Evaluate data and record results to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

Verify complete assembly per engineering.

Verify certification records for all materials used in production.

nn n nn nn Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): nn Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required Excellent communication both written and verbal Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient with ERP/MRP systems Knowledge of alloys and material certifications for product acceptance Must be proficient using most precision inspection tools to obtain measurements nn n nn nn Education, Certifications and Experience: nn High school diploma or GED One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience nn n nn nn Physical Demands and Work Environment: nn nn n nn nnWorking conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment.
