Readiness & Training Specialist with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Serves as a Readiness and Training Specialist Liaison for a Defense client. Provides technical guidance and assistance to all levels of readiness and training management. This includes the determination of training needs, sources of training, planning to meet needs, design and presentation of training, and the evaluation of training effectiveness. Provides guidance and assistance on the concepts, goals, policies and objectives of available training programs. Employs knowledge of the fundamentals and principles of training to the operation and oversight of personnel training and development programs. These programs will have strategic value for Command and organization level missions, visions, values and goals. The activities require understanding of Balance Score Card’s (BSC’s) missions, programs and priorities; broad management objectives and initiatives; corporate culture transformation; and personnel development theory and practice. Responsible for Phase II reintegration operations within the PRMC AOR as the SME on all real world and exercise aspect of Personnel Recovery Operations. Responsible for the PRMC alternate Continuity of Operations (COOP) program manager and Emergency Alert Notification System Manager (EANS). Qualifications Required * Active OR Interim Secret Clearance * Digital Training Management System Experience * Train the Trainer experience * Experience utilizing the Defense Human Resource System Internet (DMHRSi) * Experience utilizing the Defense Readiness Reporting System- Army (DRRS-A) * Experience utilizing The Army Readiness Management System (ARMS) * Experience providing advice and assistance to mangers for planning, developing and implementing training/development programs. * Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Years * Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree Additional Requirements The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
