Principle Accountabilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Prepare, organize, and package outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely

delivery of all in-house orders.

• Receive all incoming shipments of supplies and distribute as necessary.
• Compile and provide order reports for necessary shipping supplies and materials.
• Clean, organize, and maintain the shipping department to promote  an efficient work

environment.

• Maintain communication between Production, Prepress, Post-Production and Customer

Service regarding shipping concerns, shipment timing, and/or irregularities in shipment

information.

• Provide information and develop solutions to unique shipping projects.
• Stay current with Shipping, Post-Production and associated activities to make recommendations

to the Production Manager of any changes that can impact the company.

Quality Control

• Perform Post-Production responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
  • Weeding the excess label material from the labels
  • Trimming/cutting/removing punches from material on orders
  • Maintaining a clean work area
  • Assembly of sample packets as needed
  • Assisting with cleaning and maintenance in and around the Production Dept.
  • Provide a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality control of outgoing products
  • Ability to focus and juggle multiple tasks as required
  • Work at a fast pace with accuracy in mind
  • Other duties as assigned
