Residential Foreman

Oversee residential remodeling jobsites:

• Willing to work and fill in where needed but wont be doing all the work. Needs to understand that he/she is helping with production, not just sitting around watching.
• Remodeling experience is highly preferred
• Take ownership of the jobsite
• Anticipate needs on the jobsite and help manage supplies needed
• Manage trades on site, keep them productive
• Eye for details, make sure things are coming together correctly and within company standards

*****Mostly works on the Eastside of Seattle (Not in Seattle) but on the East side of Lake Washington. Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Duvall, Carnation, Woodinville, Kirkland, Renton, Maple Valley, Covington, Mercer Island. North end and South end candidates may struggle to make it to work on time. Preferably candidates living in these areas or 100% understand and are co mmitted to being to work on time from outside the area.

Job Requirements:

• Occupying the position of foreman
• Work with the on-site crew
• Walk entire job with the crew
• Prepare preliminary work schedules for the crew
• Direct a field team’s delivery of on-time, on-budget, quality commercial construction projects as a hands-on working foreman
• Assign projects and determine project priorities for the crew
• Work along side subs and foreman, wearing a tool belt
• Notice and talk with crew on infraction to safety
• Manage paving crew to optimize efficiency of paving job
• Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew
• Planning and directing client’s construction projects and managing a small crew
• Develop reports for crew material time, equipment, and material usage
• Assure the safety of every crew member and client
• Direct and managing asphalt paving crew(s)
• Perform job site clean-up
• Communicate regularly with production foreman and relief pumper
• Communicate regularly with production foreman and relief operator
• Perform due diligence and inventory all acquired wells
• Act as the primary trainer for all field level EH&S training./li
• Run additional special project crews
