What You’ll Do

The Residential Treatment Specialist Lead will work at our Inpatient Facility in Sedro-Woolley. The Residential Treatment Specialist Lead is responsible to maintain a safe and healthy residential community, where recovery can be practiced. Under the administrative and programmatic supervision of the RTS Supervisor and in accordance with company policy, goals and purposes, the RTS Lead is responsible for organizing the residential milieu during each assigned shift. This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by ensuring the provision of quality and cost effective chemical dependency services.

What you’ll bring

(Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience

AA degree or
Have a high school diploma or high school equivalency course of study (GED/HSEC) and one of the following;

One year of successful experience in the human services field
One year of successful experience in a team lead position in residential treatment facility.
Two years of social services education may be substituted for the required experience.
