– Emergency Room nn 19 Bed ED Trauma 3 41 FTE’s 34,000 Visits annually The Registered Nurse (RN ) is responsible for providing, coordinating and directing individualized, comprehensive nursing care to all patients based upon the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

The RN is accountable for her or his own actions and is directly responsible to the Unit Manager.

In the absence of the Manager, is responsible to the House Supervisor.

Once oriented, the RN is expected to function with a minimum supervision.
