Sawmill Operators

Express in Bellingham is currently recruiting for entry-level Sawmill Operators in Sumas.

In this position, responsibilities will include stacking and chopping blocks, grading lumber, and more.

This is a long-term opportunity that starts right away.

Sawmill WorkersLocation: Sumas, WA Pay: Earn $16.40 per hour to start.

The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Stacking blocks-Chopping blocks-Grading lumber

-Cleaning duties such as sweeping, shoveling, blowing out machinery-Learning multiple mill lines such as the chop line, finger joint line, and molder line-Working around machinery-General labor-Other duties as assigned

-Excellent attendance history

-Comfortable working outdoors

-Can lift up to 30 pounds consistently

-Comfortable working outdoors
