The Scheduler/Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Clients and CAREGivers to provide the highest quality service to our Clients, with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. Responsibilities * Create and maintain Client and CAREGiver schedules in our software system – ClearCare. * Answer incoming calls and converse with prospective CAREGivers and Clients in a friendly, professional manner. * Monitor, and log all Client and CAREGiver activity using our software system – ClearCare. * This is a full time, in-person position at our office in Mountlake Terrace. Qualifications * High school graduation. * Experience with scheduling required. * Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting. * Ability to multi-task quickly and effectively. * Knowledge of senior care field is preferred.
