Our client is evolving their template experiences, modernizing the catalog, and leveraging the power of intelligent services in their suite of apps. This team is a creative, multi-discipline team that spans all aspects of the creation, designing, and building of templates. We are looking for an SEO Specialist to improve organic search growth for updated templates. You will be responsible for growing organic search and managing SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase site rankings on all major search networks. Responsibilities Drive content optimization for organic search, working with multiple stakeholders, across content, data science, engineering Conduct detailed SEO audits and analyses to identify opportunities, including keyword research and trends, intent, site pages with low search growth, site pages for upsell opportunity Define an execution plan with actionable tasks for the templates team to improve organic SEO success, partnering closely with in-house SEO expert to review recommendations Review metadata and content experiences in a new site design to ensure application of industry-wide standards Act as a content liaison with in-house data science team to improve usage with existing Power BI dashboards for the template team Provide ad hoc data analysis for the template catalog for forecasting, MPRs, redirect work, and other projects Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Search Console Experience with keyword research Strong execution and multitasking skills Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills Some editorial experience preferred W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
