Are you a reliable, skilled, and compassionate In-Home Senior Caregiver in the Kitsap County area? Would you like to know what it’s like to be treated like an “Angel?” Visiting Angels of Port Orchard, WA is now hiring 5-10 reliable, compassionate, and dependable In-Home Senior Caregivers to join our team in Kitsap County. Shifts are available from Gig Harbor, to Bainbridge Island and everything in between! We have a high need for skilled Caregivers in North Kitsap.  We are a locally owned and operated home care franchise dedicated to ensuring that seniors are able to age gracefully in the place that they call home. We love adding new angels to our team!   We care about the individual needs of our staff and pride ourselves on finding the right client for each caregiver. In-Home Senior Caregiver Responsibilities: • Provide essential care to the client• Provide joyful companionship for the client while on duty• Assist in meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen after meals• Assist the client to live in a clean, healthy, and safe environment• Observe the client’s general physical, emotional, and mental condition, and report all changes in condition• Keep appropriate records of all activity while in the client’s home• Provide a sense of security for the client and protect the client as much as possible from any harm resulting from the debilitating effects of his or her illness• Assist client as needed, excluding medical care• Communicate availability to work with the Office on a weekly basis or as required
