Social & Web Producer – DTS

This is a Full-time position in Redmond, WA posted April 1, 2021.

Summary of Position:The Social & Web Producer is responsible for creating and publishing social and web content for the Client program. The role of Social & Web Producer will be to evolve and expand our social and web strategy and promote customers? engagement while aligning with the Client program brand, design guidelines, and strategic goals. They will be responsible for creating and updating content, copy, articles, along with collaborating with technical leads and management. Distribution channels include internal and external websites, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially others. They will partner with internal Marketing, PR, and Social teams on projects, campaigns, and opportunities to help amplify messaging and key initiatives.The Social & Web Producer will also be hands-on and immersed with Center activities and Client program projects, capturing content (photos and short videos) and working closely with the Client program team key projects and engagements.Essential Functions:Produces content used on social and web platforms that aligns Client program voice guidelines and quality standardsResponsible for leading editorial and campaign content developmentStrategize, ideate, and execute (future and real-time) editorial and campaign messaging that is on point on-trend, and culturally relevant that also builds momentum around the Client program brand and business objectives in partnership with other social and comms teamsApply expert knowledge of social media, staying apprised of trends and platform evolution to identify opportunities and ensure brand responses are fresh, relevant, and engaging – while adhering to best practices across channels and the social brand voiceTracks, monitors, reacts to, and manages all social channels consistently & oftenInfluences and helps define executive, voice, tone, styles guidelines, overall strategy, and quality standardsDevelops new ways to create programs that meet executive and brand goalsUnderstands how overarching editorial and campaign goals and objectives impact goals and accordingly influences work prioritization with internal team and external partnersHelps to define goal measurement methodology that will determine campaign and individual executive editorial successAccountable for meeting/exceeding quarterly executive goals and targetsTests to new strategies, tactics, create new approaches to improve content performance effectively tweaks social strategy and content based on analyticsCompetencies:Ensures AccountabilityTech SavvyCommunicates EffectivelyValues DifferencesCustomer FocusResourcefulnessDrives ResultsPlans and PrioritizesDecision QualitySelf-DevelopmentWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer.
