Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Product Owner you will be serving as a key member of the Selling Experience Non-Native Technologies team and would beresponsible for innovating and delivering experiences in support of the digital transformation for frontline representatives. The Snr PO understands the architectural and strategic direction of the Selling Experience Non-Native Technologies identifying how to translate the frontline experience into technical requirements. The role will apply that direction to influence the overall strategy of the enterprise in partnership with the product owners and product manager. They will drive improvements to the overall customer and user journey in DASH, TMAG, and web-based technologies.The position requires being a strategic partner with groups across the enterprise including but not limited to Digital Frontline, Retail, Web, Customer Delivery, and Marketing, etc. Championing new feature initiatives based on industry best practices, supporting cross functional initiatives, and supporting ongoing operations. The Snr PO plays a principal role in supporting and identifying opportunities for new and/or enhanced product components; drives a solution set based on defined business requirements; develops and implements organization-wide launch plans; plans and prioritizes work around resources.The Snr PO uses the best practices found in project management, product/software design and development, user experience design, architectural design, and business management. You’re the mastermind who knows what will make the business prosper, what’s technically possible and how to make it happen.ResponsibilitiesPartner with domain architect to prioritize and implement strategies in achieving architectural roadmap and technical design that sets the path for tomorrowSeek direct end user feedback to identify and define product requirements and enhancements. Synthesize the information into clear recommendations to support the development of innovative and user-centered solutionsWork with broader internal teams to gather specific project requirements and implement them using the agile development methodologiesParticipate in the agile ceremonies and help constantly raise the bar of the teamRelentlessly put customer and Frontline needs first by providing Always On systemsPresent your awesome solutions to Leadership and internal Partners using productivity toolsProvide clear direction to engineersUnderstand the technology stack inside out such that you are seen as the team’s SME for technical expertiseComplete API reviews and Swagger to translate the frontline experience to technical diagramsSupport industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer business requirementsStay current with industry trends and how they might impact tools, training, and support of existing and potential customersWorks cross-functionally with business teams to help resolve pain points and reduce manual workContinuously improve the product features and performanceLead and assist with development, testing, migrations, production cutovers and application onboardingQualificationsMinimum 4 years of Product Owner Experience or equivalentAble to create Swagger diagrams to describe API requirementsAble to translate frontline experiences into technical and business requirementsSolid knowledge of middle layer and back-end system integrationExperience mentoring and coaching team members and peersExperience and knowledge working with frontline users and platformsAbility to translate high technical solutions/problems to audiences at varying technical levels.Strong ability to prepare and present technical documentationExperience working with API/UI and WCS services preferredExperience working with teams that support frontline experiencesExperience working with teams that work directly with business partnersExperience working with commerce/selling experience preferredExtensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standardsAbility to write user stories and manage a backlogOther QualificationsExcellent communication and cross-group collaboration skillsExperience with Agile FrameworkDemonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams and ability to drive results through positive influenceTechnical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leadingExperience working Jira & JIRA AlignMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldCompany ProfileT-Mobile U.S. Inc.
