Staffing Coordinator

Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Central Supply Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY The Central Supply Clerk orders medical supplies, stock supplies upon Center receipt, and track the utilization of supplies using the perpetual inventory and ordering system provided by the Center.
As the scheduler for the nursing department, this position reviews daily staffing hours and schedules nursing staff to cover the daily assignments in the nursing department. This key position must be a great communicator, understand the needs of the nursing department and objectively meet the scheduling needs at the center.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to write clear, accurate supply orders.
• Ability to perform duties assigned in an effective and timely manner.
• Ability to identify type and amount of each item to be stocked and ordered.
• Ability to maintain supplies in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
• Ability to follow instructions for proper storage of supplies.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
