*Description:* *Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Patient Services Representative (1.0 FTE, Days) to work in Medical Assistant – Cherry Hill Sports Medicine at Swedish Medical Group in Bellevue, WA.* *Apply Today! Full-time caregivers (0.75-1.0 FTE) who earn less than $60,000 per year will be offered the Swedish PPO Medical Plan with a $0 premium cost, including dependent coverage.* Provide front office services to patients; coordinate surgeries, procedures and deliveries with physician, hospital and patient schedules; perform clerical and records activities in support of patients and staff. *In this position you will:* * Schedule and coordinate patient pre-op, surgery, and post-op appointments. * Collaborate effectively with physicians, hospitals and medical staff to meet scheduling demands. * Greet and check in patients in a friendly and courteous manner in person and on the phone; direct flow of patients and calls. * Collect and verify accurate and complete demographic information from patient or family member.
