This role will work with key stakeholders to define, organize, and execute standard hiring processes and procedures.

Coordinator will support individual hiring managers through the entire process, including providing templates and guidance for job descriptions, posting jobs, scheduling phone screens and interviews, processing applicants, and completing applicant tracking.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will effectively represent evo with job candidates, and build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders inside and outside the company, including, but not limited to: The People Team , hiring managers and supervisors, job applicants, and candidates, current employees, and community resources.This position reports to the People Operations Manager.

What you’ll do:Clean up, clarify, and communicate evo hiring protocols.Respond to all internal questions related to the hiring process.Build and assign job template, interview groups and assessment questions for each job request.Track candidate activities such as moving forward, dispositioning candidates.Responds to routine and complex questions from applicants, employees, and hiring managers as it relates to the hiring process.Assist in the preparation of interview guides hiring managers.Conduct phone screens as requested by hiring managerCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews (including travel as required).Manage or support hiring initiatives and projects as assigned.Work with other members of the team to ensure consistent procedures and customer service are provided for hiring managers.

Support hiring managers with education on recruiting process, ATS, job postings and other process support.Drive and coordinate evo participation in job fairs.Ensure ensure eligible jobs are posted in local college career centers.Research and recommend locations to post open roles.

Work with retail and distribution center HR support team members to establish and maintain hiring processes and procedures.QualificationsWhat you’ll need: Four-year undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.Minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.Minimum one year experience in HR or Recruiting environmentPrevious Applicant Tracking System and HRIS experience required.Experience supporting a variety of stakeholders in level and geography.

Ability to consistently exhibit superior customer service when under pressure to hit deadlinesAbility to work proficiently in a self-managed team environment and possess independent problem solving skillsAbility to develop and maintain recruiting process.Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in MS Office suite products.Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Proactively identifies ways to enhance or improve daily work and processes.evo is an equal opportunity employer.
