Specialist – Talent Acquisition I

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – I
As part of a diverse and hardworking team of Recruiters, you will be responsible for recruiting the best and the brightest to design, test, manufacture and launch reusable spaceflight systems.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting from the first phone call to the new hire’s first day
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines.
• Create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent.
• Calibrate candidates with hiring managers
• Develop prospects into candidates.
• Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview
• Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other team members by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and debriefs
• Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches
• Provide strategic guidance and become a trusted advisor to leaders by delivering results
• Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Recruiter
• Experience recruiting high volume manufacturing/production talent as well as niche engineering skill sets
• Flexibility – you move and grow along with the business’ needs
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
