Dineen Vineyards is looking to expand our team with dynamic individuals who can provide excellent customer service and provide guests with a positive image of our winery. We are a renowned Estate Vineyard producing premium wine. Our tasting room is in a unique, park-like setting with expansive grounds and views. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Keen interest and some first-hand knowledge of wine and wine related topics
• Ambition to match ours. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to go the extra mile including ability to manage changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service skills and poise and tact in working with the public.
• Handle routine sales transactions, including operating POS and fulfilling orders
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Team player who is willing to pitch-in as needed and contribute to a culture of learning & constant improvement

Hired individuals will provide education, wine samples and conversation for the customers both responsibly and appropriately by:

• Maintaining winery image to reinforce the standards of the brand
• Creating a memorable experience for guests
• Educating and encouraging customers to buy Dineen Vineyards wines
• Describing and answering questions about wines, vineyards and winery history
• Maintaining the facility inside & out, including restocking, opening and closing, etc
