Technical Lead One of our direct biggest Retail clients is looking for a Tech Lead(for several application deployment integration projects). This is a 16 month long Contract at their located in Vancouver Canada. Job Description This role involves being the Technical Lead for several application deployment integration projects for the Transportation area at retail Client, including an inbound shipment mobile check-in solution and the set-up deployment of Yard Management system interfaces for additional distribution centers. Responsibilities Min. 5 years’ experience in a Technical Lead role Implementingintegrating and deploying third party SaaS systems with internal company systems. Experience in implementing systems in a large, corporate environment, with geographically distributed locations and an onshore offshore IT delivery model. Experience in implementing integrating systems using MQ, Kafka, Axway, resful web interfaces, and synchronous asynchronous web calls Preferred Prior experience with enterprise Transportation systems products in the areas of Logistics Management, Fleet Maintenance Tracking, Yard Management, and Fuel Management would be an asset. Experience preparing presenting technical solutions presentations to IT and business senior management stakeholders is an asset – Good written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking on multiple projects. Experience with enterprise ITIL processes, including change, incident, and problem management.
