FurHaven Pet Products, manufacturer of pet and home products, is looking for a friendly, dependable customer service representative with excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and a pleasant phone demeanor.
This position is based in our Bellingham sales and marketing offices.
Desired qualifications:Customer service pro comfortable communicating with customers of all levels via phone, email, online service portals and other messaging formatsExperience with data entry and management via online portalsFast and accurateCapacity to learn and retain information about multiple product linesAble to manage a multi-line phone systemProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)Familiar with Adobe & Quickbooks or a comparable database softwareExcellent spelling and math skillsDependable & punctualOrganized and task-orientedTake direction & communicate issuesBe able to take on daily tasks without oversightHave a reliable source of transportationThis is a full time position, we ask that you have an open scheduleIf you are passionate about your customers, pets, and have the capacity to turn frowns upside down, we want to hear from you!
