Job Number: 202480 Department: Operating Rooms Seattle Hours: 10hrs; 0700-1730 Our downtown main OR has an immediate opening for an experienced OR Circulator.

We are offering up to a 10K sign on bonus for experienced OR nurses.

This bonus is pro-rated for part time.

Virginia Mason has 24 Operating Rooms plus a Litho Unit.

OR Nurses care for the surgical patient through the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative periods.

The OR nurse performs a number of duties, including patient assessment, creating a sterile environment, monitoring patients’ mental and physical status, coordination of care, and provision of resources.

The registered nurse provides high quality, skilled nursing services to assist patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization.

Through collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals, the nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.

Qualifications: A current and valid Washington State Registered Nurse License is required for this position.

Recent operating room experience as an RN preferred.

CPR certification required every two years or as specified by the work.
