This is a from scratch café focused on world cuisines that change daily: our teams work in a fast-paced, high volume, positive environment.

As a Line Cook for Lavish Roots you will be responsible for producing consistent quality food through the use of standardized recipes.

While doing so you will follow all safety, sanitation guidelines.

Schedules available: Monday thru Friday 5:00am-1:30pm Benefits: Majority paid Medical, Dental and Vision, 401k with Company Match, Free Meals, Free Uniforms, Baby Bonus, Life Insurance, 11 Paid Holidays, Up to 15 days PTO on Accrual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned: Responsible for food production according to recipes and/or directions Cut and clean fruits, vegetables and proteins using a knife or cutting machines Follows production sheets portioning and merchandising details as instructed by Supervisors and Chefs Follows all recipes and guidelines while meeting production deadlines Ensures consistent quality on all prepared items Maintains kitchen equipment and a clean and organized station and prep area Follows proper rotation and storage of goods Follows safety and sanitation procedures within all regulatory guidelines Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience Practices team work and time management To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Adaptability
