Description:THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN UNION, WAHiring immediately for Banquet Server and Bartender positions pay begins at $13.69/hour but have added service charges for Banquet Events.

They must complete the service of banquet functions according to the client’s wishes, and work as a team at all times.

Maintaining a positive attitude, understanding your specific duties and the willingness to perform them, will ensure the perfect execution for banqueted event functions.Full position details and requirements available upon request.

Able to speak EnglishWork habits: Ability to work independently, autonomously and without supervision, while also able to follow written and verbal instructions when necessary.

Able to work long hours and overtime if necessary.

Team-oriented.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years previous Banquet or fine dining experience (Four Star property preferred).

Ability to successfully carry oval and cocktail trays.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

It is an indoor/outdoor environment, and the position experiences variations in temperature and a moderate level of noise in the work environment.Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods; walk; sit; climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, bend and twist, push and pull, or crouch.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Employee will regularly lift 20-30 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
