Tuscano’s Italian Kitchen is looking for an experienced Line Cook!
WAGE: ($18-$22) Your experience, leadership qualities, etc.
will be factors in determining a pay package.
SCHEDULE: Both AM and PM shifts.
We are flexible!
Tuscano’s is a fast-paced, family owned and operated Italian restaurant located in Monroe with a large menu consisting of multiple, made-from-scratch items using fresh ingredients.
Our kitchen runs efficiently and smooth with a lead cook/kitchen manager throughout every shift.
The predominant amount of items are from the Sauté section of the kitchen.
DUTIES: Cooking throughout shift.
Some prep cooking required to be ready for the shift as well as prepping for the next day.
Other duties will include cleaning before/after shifts or during slower periods when not cooking or prepping.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience working in a well-run, busy and successful kitchen
– Ability to maintain a positive attitude each and every shift.
– Have strong personal initiative and be a quick learner
– Be self-directed and take direction well
– Must be organized, timely, detail oriented and keep a clean and organized kitchen
– Be a strong team player that works well with and in close quarters with others
